AutoPromo Program
Attribute me using my name, Instagram handle (@_______), or other provided identifiers, unless I request anonymity in writing. Content Attribution to participants.

Electronic Consent Form
1.Right to Withdraw Consent: I understand that I may withdraw my consent in writing at any time, but any content already published may remain in use. 2. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not be paid for the use of my likeness or participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Privacy Rights: KOKOYE Design agrees to use my personal information (name, image, social media handle) only for the purposes outlined in this release and in compliance with PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25. 4. Waiver of Moral Rights (Quebec): To the extent permitted under Quebec law, I waive any “moral rights” (droit moral) under the Copyright Act (Canada) and Quebec’s Civil Code regarding the use of my image.
